Planned 14-day refund policy
When paid sales open, you may request a refund for either the $9 release pack or the $19 30-day pass within 14 calendar days of purchase if the tool does not meet your needs. Send the order ID or receipt email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue to the support address shown here and on your receipt. Do not send card details or private screenshots.
We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds will be returned through Creem to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. The associated paid entitlement will be revoked after a refund. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply regardless of this policy.
No subscription to cancel
Both planned offers are one-time payments. The pass expires after 30 days from issue and does not renew automatically.
